If you want to learn more about us, you’re in the right place.
Our goal is to promote and enhance research and dissemination of photochemistry in Spain. We represent more than 30 research groups with a hundred prestigious scientists. Every two years we organize the "Iberian Photochemistry Conference" in collaboration with the Photochemistry Group of the Portuguese Chemical Society. We awarded the "Prize for the best doctoral thesis in photochemistry" and we contributed to training in photochemistry with courses and workshops. We invite you to participate!
The purpose of the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry (RSEQ) is to promote, develop and disseminate the discipline of Chemistry, both in its aspect of pure science and in its applications, throughout the Spanish state. The RSEQ is the continuation in the branch of Chemical Sciences of the Royal Spanish Society of Physics and Chemistry, founded in 1903, and its purpose is to facilitate the advancement and improvement of its scientific, teaching, research and professional activity in the field of Chemical Sciences and Chemical Engineering.
The "Andrés M. del Río" Chemical Research Institute (IQAR) was created to coordinate the research groups that develop their activity in the field of chemistry or related sciences. Its main purpose is to support research activity and specialized teaching, with a focus especially directed towards achieving high scientific quality.
